DYNAMIC is led by our Board of Directors & Staff

• DYNAMIC’s Board of Directors give direction, oversight, and year-round accountability to the DYNAMIC Staff Team while also assisting with raising financial support to resource the ministry and award scholarships.

• DYNAMIC was started by Mike Stricker in 2003 (incorporated in NC in 2004). The core group of our amazing Board of Directors have served this outreach ministry faithfully for over 20 years.

• DYNAMIC’s Staff along with our Interns, Coaches, Volunteer Leaders are on the front lines leading sports outreach, coaching, Leadership U. programs, partnered with Liberty Oaks, and mentoring athletes daily.

• Since 2003, DYNAMIC has been serving in the Carolinas. DYNAMIC also expanded into Texas in 2023.

• DYNAMIC depends on local church partners, business leaders, and faithful families to resource our outreach budget! We’ve operated on the front lines as an outreach for over 22 years.
