Lead U. is designed for rising Sophomore & Junior HS student-athletes who aspire to become a
Varsity Captain and game-changing leader in the future at their HS?

^ DYNAMIC scholarships 40 elite student-athletes each year to develop as leaders.
^ Lead U’s Staff has developed leaders who excel for Ohio State, Harvard, Stanford, UNC-Chapel Hill, Air Force, App. State, Clemson, West Point, Duke, Liberty, Florida, NC State, Texas, Navy, USC, etc…
Lead U. Invite
Contact the DYNAMIC Staff if you are interested in getting selected to participate in Lead U. 2026 (hosted in Wake Forest, NC). Principals/ADs of 10 local HS will also be sending out invite letters during the first week of school in Winter 2026 to 10 of their top Soph / Junior Student-Athletes in each school.

Meet Mike Stricker and the Lead U. Staff who has been leading DYNAMIC in the Carolinas for 20+ years. * Students officially join Lead U. by signing an agreement for their Scholarship (Jan. 1, 2026 start). * Students commit to attending at least 85% of Lead U. Iron Sharpens Iron Mtgs in 2026 (Sun. 3pm – 2x/month). * Students earn Medals (just like in the military) for exceptional service & leadership.
Lead U. Cost
^ Lead U. is valued at over $3,000/yr, but 90% of your tuition is paid by our Corporate Sponsors & DYNAMIC Donors to scholarship each Lead U. Student-Athlete. $300 is your total cost for the whole year. Payment is made to: DYNAMIC Scholarship Fund through Zelle at: 704-737-7631 or by Check to DYNAMIC, Cash, or contact us for Venmo info.

^ Trip is scheduled during NC HS Athletics “dead-period week” so athletes don’t miss summer workouts.
^ Tour USAFA behind the scenes with Air Force Student-Athletes, Coaches, and Commissioned Leaders.
^ Campus Tours at Univ. of Colorado (Boulder, CO) & Colorado State Univ. (Fort Collins, CO)
^ Hikes at the Garden of the Gods and Pike’s Peak. MLB Baseball Game at Rockies Coors Field.
^ Life-changing leadership experiences at US Air Force Academy with leaders and friends.
